PROS: Product was a branded product of Liberty. So no issues. Delivery in reasonable time so no issues.
CONS: Be prepared to sacrifice your privacy. I recently purchased one product from myntra and thereby provided them with my cell phone number for transactional messages and as such I did not authorize them to send me commercial marketing SMSes and breach my privacy. I have started receiving couple of promotional SMSes despite being registered for DND under TRAI. I have already complained about promotional/marketing SMSes to the service providers as well as TRAI.
The most shocking thing about myntra is, despite sending them dozens of emails and STOPSMS messages, they continue to bombard me with promotional messages. They just send standard replies and it seems they are not interested in doing anything about this issue. I do lots of online shopping but this is only the second time, I am facing this issue. Once it was with Yebhi and now it is with myntra. I have never had such issues with other E-Retailers such as Amazon, Flipkart, Infibeam etc. Who use your cell number only for transactional sms.
So, in future I am not going to buy anything from such E-Retailers who breach my privacy.
