Before placing order at myntra as usual I visited mouthshut for checking their reputation. Initially I was a bit scared seeing a number of negative feed back in recent times. But I noticed that myntra customer service communicating with unsatisfied customer at mouthshut itself and trying to solve their grievance. It prompted me to take a chance and I placed two orders (order no.1765740, 1765754) on 15/7/11. The very next day I received message from myntra that my order had been shipped through bluedart courier.The products delivered to my address on 18/7/11.
I also received a very good discount on my purchase. I am very satisfied with their service and convinced about their honesty. but It seems to me(from other reviews and reply of myntra) that they are suffering from inadequate infrastructure to service customers and online business.This is evident from their website too. products are not categorized and arranged properly to make it easy for customers to find them. They are offering high discount but stock and variation in all categories are not sufficient .However, I used to buy apparels online from shoppers stop.com and my take on myntra is probably influenced by their (shoppers stop) standard which may be a bit unjustified.
