Maybe because this is my first purchase (from what I saw others write), my experience has been good.
I bought a pair of Lee jeans for Rs.1699 and it was satisfactorily delivered the next day. The delivery man told me that he was a company staff and that if I wanted to return the trouser, all I had to do was call the number on the cover and that they would come and pick it up themselves.
But after opening that packet I find no reason to return it. It fitted me perfectly – except of course the length, which was too long and there is no way I can have it cut to size unlike in a physical store, unless I go find a tailor who would do it for me. But then again I can just fold the bottom and wear it as it is!
So my first online experience with Myntra was good.
