I am using Myntra from the past 5 years and I have never faced any issues in terms of mobile or laptop interface, this app as well as website is very easy to use.
I really like the variety, quality, and vast collection on Myntra. As far as delivery is concerned its usually on time as mentioned at the time of placing the order however I feel delivery can be expedited and delivery should be either free or cheaper.
I always get a refund on return but these days most of the items are delivered without the brand tag and without tag return in the first attempt is not possible hence we create another return request in order to get the refund on return.
overall it’s a good platform for your apparel.
