When I received the HRX shoes I ordered from Myntra, I discovered that they were not in my size and that they were stained. However, when I attempted to exchange the shoes, they repeatedly denied my requests, claiming that I was the source of the stain, which is completely untrue. I’m really unhappy with the customer support agents.
