I had placed an order no.-2191443 on 22 January 2012, But Till now I haven’t received the shipment.
12 days are over.
They had claimed that they will dispatch the product with in 24 hours, But they didn’t. Still I bore without any difficulty, But Matter became more fierce today when I got a mail from Bluedart that Shipment from Myntra.com has been delivered from our end on 31 JANUARY 2012, But Fact is I didn’t receive any courier on 31 JAN 2012.
The most worst part is when I called up MYNTRA’S HELPLINE it was pathetic and couldn’t reach any help and when I mailed they didn’t respond at all. Then I contacted them through Facebook. But Didn’t find any solution at all.
12 days are too much to deliver but they have failed to deliver the items and worst part is that they are telling a lie that products are delivered.
I have been mailing them so many times but their indolent and wicked team are not responding to any of my e-mails. I paid the money Which Myntra.com demanded. But didn’t get services which I demanded.
It’s pathetic and hellish experience with MYNTRA.COM. So, I would recommend never ever buy from MYNTRA.COM.
