Issues with the return pick up, no ownership

I ordered a Full sleeve shirt, received a black shirt. Their quality team acknowledged over its a problem from your end. The morning I got a call for pick-up I was leaving for B’lore and their executive suggested would be easy and quick if I can take it B’lore. She assured me there will be a pick up on that weekend(Jan 7/8) from my B’lore address.


No one called me. I had left the shirt in B’lore hoping it would be picked and the issue could be quickly resolved.


Now I’ve been calling Myntra customer care but to no hope. First I spoke to someone in the name of Anand, he assured it would be picked by 14th, no one turned up. After waiting for 7 days next I spoke to Kirti, she assured it would be picked by yesterday. No one turned up.


This is frustrating considering it is my first order with them.
