There is no exchange policy if the items ordered are not fitting you. I ordered 3 Lee Jeans of the - 2 of them size 28 and one 26 from 2 day special offer. As we all know these products got delivered to us in 7 day period time and we only allowed to exchange it during the offer period. Though we got the product delivered under that time period. But it crossed the Offer period.
And in just an hour difference from getting it delivered to trying them up, I found only one of the size 28 jeans is wearable(Also, surprisingly how come a BRANDED product like LEE with the same size is not wearable- ARE THESE AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS).
We thought exchanging one of the jeans for the different size. On checking the website the different size is appearing in stock but the customer care refused to exchange and suggest to return the whole order completely. And re-order again(this time there won;t be any offer on it).
So moral of the story don;t buy it from MYNTRA - check on the different brands, best would be buying it from the MALL.
