NO.Nowadays the once upon a time good online shopping site Myntra.com is not at all good.The website and app has an excellent outlook but the reliability is a total zero out of ten. They show you super stylish fashion stuffs but do they actually have the stuff?Not all the time baby!
Last month I ordered a wallet- A SUPER COOL wallet of JOHN PLAYERS.They took the order promising me that they will deliver the order within two weeks.Ignoring the long delivery time, i order the wallet.I waited for 3 weeks and then finally called the customer service, in the first hour "all lines were busy" and when they finally answered me they were like "sorry, sir your order has been cancelled.You will get discount coupons for your inconvenience.(guess what? the coupons were valid for just 3 days and a huge cash limit was set to order it) ".I mean what will a customer do with the coupon if he doesn’t get what he wants.I won’t be able to comment on the quality because I didn’t get the product at all.xD
