Myntra literally sucks when it comes to service. The value of a product and the quality lags.
Its not at all worth it. Being in the entertainment world my work does not allow exploring different destination and to remove time to get my shopping done was little difficult and t I did a big mistake that I went for online shopping with myntra and ordered one nike bag on 15th of may and I told them I have to leave the country on 4th of june so make it before that. After speaking to their customer executive they committed that you will get it with in a week or 6 working days.I got my ordered on 25th of may after exact 10 days and when I checked the bag it was in a poor condition zips were not working n plus it was not looking like a fresh piece.I again called Customer executive for a replacement and also told them that I have to leave the country on 4th so is it possible to change the product they committed "Yes sir our logistic team will come with in 72 hrs and pick it up from your shipping address". CUT To - Today 3th of june I havent got any calls , no one came to pick up the product no response I was the one who was doing the follow up from my end. Tomorrow I have to leave the country I am help less I called the customer support they are like robots every time I hear the same thing that we are sorry our executive will come n pick it up. Guys please dont order from myntra its not worth it. They are focusing on more adverting and fooling us, the quality of the product and services are pathetic rite now I am helpless my money went into liquidation. Please make sure dnt ORDER from MYNTRA think 2wice
