I have been expecting and that’s why I bought anarkalis from Myntra for wearing during my pregnancy. I got some right and rest I returned. Out of the returned anarkalis, they did not issue refund for 3 anarkalis. The same did not reflect in my credit card statement. So I immediately marked a mail to them for issuing the refund. They replied back stating that they will refund it within a few days and told me to wait.
I waited for next month’s statement and that also did not reflect any refund from Myntra. Now they asked me for my credit card statement. I sent them scanned copy of my credit card statement too. To this, they apologized and promised me to issue refund by August 9. That time I warned them that if they do not refund the amount by August 9, I will take a legal recourse in this matter.
They are simply delaying the issue so that I do not take any action against them and they keep on fooling me. Now they write a mail to me stating about the refunds issued in May . How can you be so irresponsible after gaining such a reputation. I have been an avid shopper on Myntra for years and never have I faced such an issue. I have recommended Myntra to so many people in my office too. Now I am not going back to Mantra again and will use whatever Legal remedy available to me for getting my legitimate refund back . In my eyes, Myntra has become totally unreliable, a cheat. You guys are big losers and I am not going to let you gulp my hard earned money of 2200 approx. Cheaters. Watch out.
