I have faced two situations in last one month. I ordered for bagpacks (once it was PUMA, other time it was Quechua). They send me a confirmation mail regarding shipment and delivery. When the shipment date passed (in both the cases) and they didnt intimate any thing, I called their cust care with no sure answer. And they are in unusual habit of not intimating anything to customers. They think that since our money is involved, itz our responsibility to contact them again and again. VERY INTERESTING!!!
I mailed them again and again with only one assurance that be patient. Finally I was asked to cancel my order. Amazingly, first time they asked me to cancel and second time they cancelled the order without even asking me (SEE THEIR GREATNESS!!!).
Both the times, they had the same excuse of stock problem. Ironically, the ordered item is still on display (Puma deck navy blue backpack). I even asked that why the item is on display when it is not in stock. Thier smart cust care executive replied that they are in proces of removing it from website (thier removal process is still going on for last one month....... very funny ).
I cant understand why they are so outdated in updating thier online stock. Thier "About Us" page display so many IIT IIM passouts. But whatz the use when you cant save your image ???
I think that they used to collect money from customers by displaying fake products and then accumulating interest from it. And return back the customers money after keeping it for 10-15 days. VERY AMAZING TRICK!!!
