I dont know about others but this is my experience using Myntra. I didnt receive my product which I had ordered in 2nd November 2011. Today is 26th.
I mailed them and asked them to return my money.The myntra customer service tells that they have delivered the courier . But I didnt get it.Is anyone experiencing this kind of harassment from myntra? They gave me a courier tracking no of AFL which states that the product has been delivered. I dont understand whom should I blame -- the courier service or myntra. I think Myntra should take all the responsibility till the customer gets the product properly.After such an experience I will suggest everyone to stay away from myntra.
