Shopping comes with burden in myntra

Please go through it, you will not regret.


I ordered Mochi brand shoes for my wife, size 5. I got delivered with a shoe of size 7. Earlier I had ordered Bata shoes which also has size issues, that time I returned the product and took my money into the Myntra wallet. I believed that Myntra will keep their standards up and maintain their goodwill. When I ordered Mochi shoes I got delivery of the wrong size. Now size 5 is out of stock. after several times reporting this to customer care, I only got one answer:-


1. You have to wait for your size, whenever it is available you can order it within 30 days., else,


2. Take your money back into wallet.


I have certain question on the Myntra policy, and I personally say it is an anti-customer policy.


My questions are:-


1. Shoe size ordered was 5, why I got delivery of shoe size no 7, this is not customers fault. So why should I suffer? Keep on waiting for a refund or selecting something else even I don’t like it.


2. Why the wallet money can not be transferred into customers bank account, when the bank money can be added into the wallet? Why it is not possible vice versa when it is not customers fault?


3. The wallet money has got 01-year validity only, but the money in bank account is for a lifetime, why?


4. Mistake made by company and customer has to wait for a refund, reorder etc, for that period the wallet money is with Myntra, why the customer is not paid with interest when the company is at fault?


They have only one saying it is a company policy.


I urge for rare situations/problems all company must have rare solutions as well policies are made for everyone’s comfort and ethical marketing not to loot somebody.


Beware and be Aware before making a purchase on these sites. Customer cares are just puppets with no power.


Justice taking process is very cumbersome, one needs to leave all his routine job just to make a company responsible through the legal process. Many revolts are required in online marketing. In the physical market is wrong product is given, shopkeeper has to return all money to the customer’s hand, why it is not applicable to on line shopping?


Money belongs to the customer, customer should possess all rights to decide how that money is to be utilized/ how it is to be taken back.
