Very disappointed with service and product. Giving used and damaged products on the name of discount. I accept the product on office address and in only 2 hours i have done return request because of so many stains was there on saree.
They collected order in 2 hours and reject my refund by saying tag was not there why I will remove tag when I want to return it. What I will do with that tag? Im also part of online and offline retail business. I know the importance of bar codes. Thay refusing the return and refund by making fake stories.
Now customer service people forcing to accept the return. Giving 1 star because minus marking is not available there
