I recently purchased few T-shirts from Myntra on June 22, They split my order into two shipments, numbers are 700000791399, 700000791433. They sent these shipments by third party logistics: DotZot(DTDC company). Both shipments arrived in Gurgaon(my city) office on June 25 morning at 9:30 a.m. Since then they are lying idle & no one is bothered to deliver it.
Today is July 6. I have been chasing both Myntra and Dotzot since June 26 but both are giving one or other false commitments on delivery. One thing for sure is that they are least bothered about their customers . On July 4 morning, I got sms from Dotzot that my shipments is out for delivery, but when no one came till the next day evening I contacted dotzot through mail(as they have not provided any customer care number) and asked to provide update. An hour after sending mail I got an sms from them that they attempted delivery on July 5, but no one was at home! On July 5, I was at home for the whole day and question is why they mentioned July 5 as attempt date instead of July 4? In fact I checked registers of security in my society to nail down the truth and as expected I found no entry of Dotzot!. This is the height ! Both Myntra and Dotzot are acting in very unprofessional manner and have no fear. Infact Myntra are also not helping and turned blind eye into this. I have least expectation from Dotzot which is nothing but DTDC’s company and in past I have myself experienced their inefficiency, Pasting below the full status of one of shipment which I see on Myntra and Dotzot:
