Myntra being known by all is one of my favorite online shopping blogs.
The customer service is pretty good, they let us know about the product and any change in the order can be done easily. The product quality is really good. Every product that I ordered is of good quality and it is the same as viewed.
They are punctual when it comes to the delivery timeliness. I got most of my ordered product even before the delivery date. But, if I have to gift someone for any occasions, the order will either be delivered too quickly or too late, not on the exact delivery date. Gifting someone before or after the occasion is awkward. The gift box will have a bill in it, letting the person know about the cost. We do not let them know how much we paid for their gifts. So, these are the only backlogs/disadvantages that I came across.
The app and websites are pretty good. It has a lot of collections which is the best part. It does not have any kind of annoying advertisements or anything. Overall it is really good and is totally reliable for safety and security of our money and privacy.
