The customer care of myntra gave me wrong information on return policy.few day earlier I brought a shoe from myntra which was uncomfortable in use, the shoes where hurting my leg .
I shared this issuse with customer care, which advised me to share the images of the shoes, then few days. Later they told me this was not enough share the bar codes of the product and write the description that I have recieved used product, then few after days they told me that ur refund declined bcoz shoes were used, which they only suggested me to write the description.now I am stuck with the shoes which I can not wear and lost 1400 rs on it.this is not too bad.
