What idiots are working on the customer service rn I have no idea! I purchased a top worth 990rs and the size did not fit me , the top came with a stupid tag with no MRP on it! And when I tried to return the top they said that it did not pass the quality check because the tag of price was not on it! They are now forcing me to keep the top!
And they didn’t not even care to pick up my calls. I don’t know if they even understand English , they keep resending me the same message as ’ we understand , we understand we’ll get back to you now be safe and all shit’
Are they out of their minds??

What a smart idea to send products with out tags and then refuse to give refunds and force the customer to keep the product regardless
