Certain items like Thermals, Underwear etc are non - returnable items on online sites meaning you can purchase but they cannot be returned - so BEWARE when purchasing on sites like Myntra - Knowing that customers cannot return these items - vendors are palming off sub-standard and defective to such helpless customers .
This is deficient service on the part of Myntra after all are they also not responsible for Quality check?
Within 3 days of receiving my item - imagine my shock when the unused item had 2 holes! so obviously this could not be blamed on wear and tear but simply that the vendor had sent a defective item but myntra’s only excuse was that due to the non - returnable category nothing could be done nor action taken on vendor . shame on myntra!
Also conveniently unlike Amazon they dont have a customer feedback and review option -so customer view cannot be posting to help other customers!
