Id ordered 2 tees on the 7th of this month on a COD basis, and received an email right after with my invoice and Aramex tracking code. As per the sites FAQs, the package gets delivered within 3-5 daysdepending on the location.
As per my understanding, Myntras headquarters are in Bangalore, so it shouldnt have taken this long to deliver my package(Mumbai). Today is the 19th, and now when I log onto Myntra and check my order status, Im told that my package will reach me on 28th.
What is this nonsense? When Id checked my order status on Myntra approx. a week ago, the probable date of delivery was 22nd. It also doesnt help that when I feed my tracking code on the Aramex site, it tells me that my package is lying in Goregaon(just a suburb away from where I live), and has been, for almost 10 days now.
If this is the way Myntra chooses to violate its own terms of shipping/delivery, Ill be very happy to look to other online apparel sites.
Pi**ed off customtakeouter.

EDIT(UPDATE AS OF 20/9/11): I have received my package today after calling up Myntras customtakeouter service helpline since no one bothered to reply to my email yesterday about the delayed shipment.
Things have become even worse now, because one of the tees I ordered is damaged. The print on the front is cracked all over, like it does when you wear those printed tees for years and the design and stuff gets worn off with each wash. I shot off an email to support@myntra.com after calling their helpline, and I attached a few images of that lousy tee.
The pics are from my cell phone, so they may not be very clear on here, but Im hoping people will get my point.
The customtakeouter support dept. now says they will revert to me within 3 days. For Gods sake, why cant online retailers in India maintain a certain quality standard like their counterparts in the US?
This is such a letdown. If Myntra doesnt resolve this issue then I will not think twice about making a complaint against them in the Consumer Court.
