Even after hearing lot of negative things about myntra.com, I still decided to make a purchase from the website because I thought that competitor sites might have done the negative publicity. I placed an order for a Nike shoe on 16 January 2012. Since, all I heard was negative comments about the site, I decided to opt for COD. To my surprise, I got a call from courier guy on 19 Jan, 2012(just 3 days after placing the order) and he was standing outside my office to deliver the product. I was on leave, so told the guy to come on the very next day. He agreed to it.
I waited for the courier, but the guy din’t turn up and I am still waiting for the delivery to happen. I am calling myntra’s customer service every alternate day and they are assuring me that I will receive the product soon, but it’s of no help. Somebody from Myntra called me up a few days back and assured that I will get the product in next 48 hours. Well! it’s more than a week now.
I guess there’s a problem with the courier company myntra has tied-up with. The product is lying at the warehouse of courier company Quantium for the last 12 days but these guys are unable to get it delivered. Moreover, they should call the customer before making the deliver so that even if I am unavailable, I can tell them a suitable time to come again.
I hope somebody from their operations resolves my problem asap.
