I ordered a top from mynthra and they sent me that top without a front button.Then I decided to return it and I sent back hoping that I will get the good one.But what happened tou know? Again I received the same top! I don’t know why they have such an irresponsible customer care team.
What’s more, when I requested evidence of their QC, then no reaction, following a few messages and long stretches of follow-ups, they concurred.So after spending my valuable time, energy and patience my issue solved. I wonder, why do they have such an untrustworthy client assistance like this?
