Well, I have recently burnt my fingers while shopping with shopclues so I was quiet hesitant while ordering from myntra.
But ordered a pair of shoes worth Rs. 1295.00 on COD basics and they delivered the goods within two days of order. But, unfortunately the shoes wont fit me properly and I requested for return and immediately they took the initiative and send the guy to me very next day to get the pair of shoes back.
He get it checked in front of me for any physical damage or any sign or usage and assured me that I will get the money in my account in couple of hours and SAME HAPPENED.I got the money and they wont ask me about the problem again.
Really appreciable piece of work and very professional.Will definitely shop from them in future and refer to others too.
