No longer redeeming points; freezing accounts

I accumulated about 20, 000 points, through their emails and through shopping on their site. I was going to redeem the points for $150.00 in gift cards from Bloomingdales but they froze my account. What a scam. They were paid by all of the retailers every time I shopped through mypoints.com but now when it comes time for me to receive my reward they don’t pay out.


They used to be good and I have made most of my online purchases through their site, but I guess this is how they are operating their site now. Perhaps they are doing this because they plan to go out of business and are riding out their last days by not redeeming their members’ hard earned points.


It is too bad that they are now taking advantage of members that have given them a lot of business.
