I registered with them by paying rupees 1000 for a month very recently and I found their service to be unsatisfied.
The reason why I am unsatisfied is that most of the leads that they give you are unworthy and same leads that they give or already sad with 25 other tutor. None of the parents reply back to my messages either I contact them through their website or through WhatsApp or even when I call them they don’t pick up the phone and I don’t call back.
Even when I contact the customer service they don’t reply back only one person contacted me through WhatsApp and convinced me to wait for some more time and use the service. So I waited for another week and the service was nothing but the same.
I don’t understand why they are not giving the refund when I tell them that I am not satisfied with their service.
So I tell everyone whoever see this message please do not register with this website.
