Last Year In January I had field visit in Bangalore and Mysore and I visited this Mysore zoo it is the best zoo visited till date.
The zoo is near to Mysore Palace and also within the city limits . Zoo expands about 180 acres Indain Mysore city. The zoo is well maintained and give the feeling of being In a foreign country.
They also have a cool strategy of maintaing the campus of zoo clean . they provide water bottels in rs25 and at the time of exit if we give the boolte back we will get rs10 refund!
Zoo has almost all the animals found in India lions, tigers, cheetas, elephants and many more!
Zoo is the best point for photography, it is very well maintained and nature and animals pics can be clicked easily!
It charges Rs.50 for adults and rs.25 for 12 years!
Visit this zoo guys you are definiately going to love it!
