As promised, we took severe action against our garage partner also one of our executive was their in garage to scrutinize their service/spares and Adithya motors has apologized for the same. But we are sorry to say that we cannot reveal datas about the Xantro vehicles serviced with Aditya motors(Sent from GoBumpr) due to privacy concerns.
We assure that the same will not repeated anymore since this issue was considerably taken care from GoBumpr.

I used to beleive this Franchisee placed at OMR(Opp. Satyabhama university, Chennai), but after a very short research I found they were also cheaters like many other 3rd rate mechanics.
First things first. I left my Santro - Zing(two months before), for a general service along with some complaints.
my first concern - After going through Hyundai website, I found the Engine oil capacity for the car is ONLY 3.1 liters. But in the estimate they have given it as 4 liters. I found this and asked them the reason, IMMEDIATELY, they reduced it to 3. NO explanations asked or given.
Also after they gave some estimates of parts to be changed, I compared it with the likes of Amazon and Bosche and found quality spare parts at a very reasonable price - when I sent a comparison chart(of what I found v/s what they gave), the prices got reduced in the final bill to the extent of around Rs.2000 - again, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, NO EXPLANATIONS GIVEN.
I have sold the car now. But the first thing that the prospective buyer noted after starting my car was "silencer seems to be a problem" - immediately he bent and saw the silencer tube to be worn out. He asked me " you said you gave the car for service - did they not check this?"
If a layman with minimal knowledge is able to find at first shot, how come ADITYA motors did not find this - reason is simple - they dont "diagnose" and service - they just "RESPOND" to your complaints, mostly "REPLACE" them at your charge and give the car back to you, after water wash. They are called "mechanics".
I had made two complaints - major - Audible noise while breaking and noise while switching the A/C on. they changed break pad which is reasonable - no concern on that. But instead of tweaking the A/C & alternate belt(which was told my the mechanic informally to me while taking the job card), they replaced it at my cost.(A/C and Alternate belt can be tightened and still can run without problems - but they cannot sell the new belt at a higher cost and make more profits if they do so).
They charged Rs.450 for wheel alignment, the normal cost at any reasonable mechanic house is only Rs.350. we can do it separately also.
in short, ADITYA MOTORS is LOOTERS. If you give your vehicle to Aditya motors, it will certainly run fine, not because they did wonder, just because, they REPLACE everything at your cost and something new is sure to run fine until atleast 1 year.
I shall take back all my complaints with 2 points answered by them.
how did they estimate engine oil to be 4 ltrs when the capacity itself is ONLY 3.1 liters(every liter costs Rs.400).
if they say it was a typo mistake, can they prove by showing previous service records of atleast 10 SANTRO ZING for which they changed the oil .( Iam sure all will have the same mistake of 4 liters, without the customer knowing he is being over charged.)
