Tyre cleaned from outside and inside mud was still there. Complete undercarriage was muddy after the service. Upholstery dusty even after a record time of 3 minutes taken to complete task. Lack of training and interest was reflected by the attitude of your staff here in Bangalore. I was there in the waiting room for about 2.20 hours, out of which only effective time taken was 0.55 hours. Imagine all this attitude displayed in the presence of the customer.
