This is the first time I am servicing my car in MyTVS, as I received so many cold calls asking them to give an opportunity to show their best service.
I have a Nissan Sunny and I used to service it at Lakshmi Nissan at Guindy.As I heard one of my friends car was flooded in December 2023, while his was parked at Guindy Lakshmi Nissan service centre, I didnt want to service there anymore.
And so, on January 07, 2025, I gave my Nissan Sunny with a minor fault to check and replace ignition coils.Out of 4 ignition coils, the customer care agent Mr. Puhazh could only find fault with just one and replaced it and it took almost 1 week to do this.Within another 2 weeks , the same error sign was blinking in the dashboard and the car was jerking again.Called Mr. Puhazh again and he or his company could only take my car after almost 5 days since I reported the fault in their service.
After taking my car, he took 7 days to fix two ignition coils and delivered it today using a driver, only to see the same fault is there with error sign in the dashboard. Since evening 4.30 PM I have been calling again and he neither has a courtesy to answer a customers call.
What kind of customer care is this?
On top of the unrectified old problem, there is a new problem in the car. The silencer makes a new sound like a bullet.
In my 30 years of experience, I have never seen a worst customer service like this.
The worst part is their audacity to not take customers calls, or if there is something fishy he was hiding from the customer.
I had to return the car with same driver after 8.00 PM today.
Two weeks my car cant be used.
Dont know how long are they going to take to sort this out.
