On 4th Feb, I had ordered Micromax A110 mobile on this site. My Order number is MVP0027029. The amount for product Rs 9979 has already been charged to my credit card as soon as I placed order but the product is not yet delivered. They said that the product will be delivered in 5 days but it is more than 21 days now and still it is not delivered.
I am trying to contact Virtual Plaza on all the email IDs which I could get from their website but nobody is replying to my mails. I have also tried calling all their contact numbers several times but all those number never work. One number is always busy and others are out of service.
There is no way to reach out to customer care (If they have 1) to know the order status or to cancel the order. The My Order Status link under My Account Page also doesn’t work and it always shows the status In Process.
On consumer forum sites I found that there are hundreds of people who are cheated like me by Myvirtualplaza.com. You can check some complaints at the following consumer forum site - https://consumercourtforum.in/india/my-virtual-plaza-com/
So, be aware !!!!! Do not buy anything from this fraud website.
