Last October my BSNL modem died and I had to replace the same. The IPTV is connected from this modem and has to the configured by MyWay technicians for it to work. They dont have any contact number other than the call center number given on the website. I have been calling then regularly from October and to this date no one has came to my premises to fix the issue.
A few months later they agreed that their franchise office in Ernakulam has been closed and they wont be able to provide services anymore. hey agreed to pay me back my prepaid balance(around 2000 Rs) as well as buy back their set top box(1500 Rs). Whenever I contact then they promise action within 2 days and nothing happens. To this date no one has came to my home or contacted me from the Company.
I think the only way to make then pay will be legal action as their call center representatives just bluff and lie.
