I had placed an order for car vacuum cleaner+ car dent remover+car scratch remover worth rs 1999/- after seeing the product on naaptol.com. I got the product but without car vacuum, cleaner. The parcel I got was in a very shabby condition and without any user manual.
I did lodge a complaint with their customer service dept. My complaint no was 437445. I also spoke to one mr jignesh from their mumbai product dispatch office. He assured me about all the help.
He said he would either send the car vacuum cleaner or send me my amount back by cheque and I could return the car dent remover and scratch remover. Its been two weeks but nothing has been done so far.
I tried calling Mr Jignesh but he refuses to come on line. I think this is nothing but cheating and misleading vulnerable people who get carried away by prices of Naaptol products..
Some action has to be taken against them. I will not recommend naaptol products to anyone thats for sure. I am planning to take this complaint to consumer court.
