They do not send you the original items

I received Gasolin boots(order number: 3798669) from this site. First of all they delivered a defected piece and soon it started losing its original black colour and I am sure it will soon turn into a brown coloured item. When I complained about it to customer support, I did not get any proper response. It looks they are delivering duplicate items. It was a horrible experience to shop with naaptol.com. They are totally unprofessional. I will never recommend this site to anyone for online shopping.
