I had ordered a LED projector, but when I received it I was surprised the specifications did not met with info available on naaptol.com. The branded LED projector( as mentioned by them on web) does not even support to give clear screen on 3X3’ screen. When I contacted the support team, they said we had delivered whatever you had ordered and they did not even wanted to listen my concern.
I am heading a power venture and I am looking in the option of taking it to consumer forum for a refund with my legal adviser for the company. I won’t let them cheat me at all.
