I have visited so many websites for shopping.
but the one who was not satisfying was Naaptol.com
Its an Online shopping site.
its my bad luck that I choose naaptol for shopping purpose.
They deliver the product within 48 hours but in case of any complaint regarding the product.
their process doesn’t seems to end.
At first time of complaint they asked us to resolve our problem in a couple of weeks but nothing happened.
Even they told us to wait for another 18-20 days .
Its just ridiculous.
Every online shopping sites have the policy to return the product and refund the money but in naaptol .
they refused to return product.
Its just a worst online shopping site.
I may suggest everyone to not to shop from this site for God’s sake.
Product quality is worst. because I ordered a shoes online. 9-inches shoe.
And he got it of 10-inch shoe. And When I ordered 10-inches shoes. they gave me 8-inches shoe.
And not returning also.
Its app is worst.
