I placed an order on line for LG microwave oven after confirmation that it is I stock and will be shipped soon after the order.I was told yes.I placed order paid by SBI VISA, Order was shipped late and when received and box was intact with evidence of external damage.When opened, the appliance was damaged and the accessories I the other box were all broken to pieces. I called by phone reported the fact and was advised to return it to Delhi from Pune by blue dart at their account.It was done.Box received on June 28.Replacement promised in 2 weeks after receipt of return.Replacement did not come even after 3 weeks.I then called to cancel order for a refund.This change would not be entered by management in to the system.I called 30-40 times over next 3 weeks and order would be for replacement despite cancellation.No supervisor is reachable.E mails are not replied.
Based on my observation, I suspect that damaged broken appliance and accessories were shipped from Delhi warehouse.
It is my advice to consumers not to use naaptol to buy on credit card.they are not trustworthy, do not cancel orders and do not process refund.their information and update are unreliable and you can not reach a management person on demand to resolve the deadlock. I lost 2 months , spent hundreds and hours on long stressful frustrating calls, and finally i had to buy it from outside local store and it was delivered on time and in professional manner.two of my friends had same problem with naaptol in last 5 years .naaptol is not business worthy .
