They use false advertising as their startegy, misleading details of their products and then they fool their customers. They don’t even follow up with their customer queries or care enough to resolve them. After hiding their policies with fake promises they manage to sell their products and go on bluffing when it comes to refunds and returns.
They are bloody bluffs and scumbags fooling their customers.
I bought a product where the details given in ad were false and after I returned it, they are still reluctant to follow up with my request.
