I I recently ordered a BSNL Penta tablet ws702C on naaptol on 17th Nov 2012 with order #5420827. I have made the payment by credit card.
After 3-4 days the order was verified and then it shown status as cargo ready. I suppose cargo ready means its ready for shipment. I called the call center in between and they also confirmed that the payment is received , order is verified and its ready for shipment now.
But for all your surprise the status didnt change even after 18-20 days of order placement. I continuously followed the call center(wasting my time and money on calls) and I always got a answer from them as the product is ready for shipment, the ARAMEX couriers is assigned for it and its will be delivered within 2-3 days.
after 18-20th days, suddenly these guys says the product is our of stock and they are going to refund money.
without confirming anything they started the refund and is completed on 25th day of order placement.
Now my question to these Non-sense people,
If product was out of stock, how come the order is placed?
If it was placed, verified and couriers was assigned, why product did not ship?
why these guys says suddenly that product is out of stock? and if so, why they entertained for 20 days?
what right they have to use money for 20-25 days? what right they have to waste customers precious time?
The answer is pretty simple, then product price got changed later by Rs 500 and these guys thought better to cancel order than fulfilling commitment.
So unethical and fraud company. Such companies will make people to loose trust on online shopping sites. Shame Shame...
