I had ordered Videocon mobile my Order No. 4640984. At Aug-10. Initially they told my product is in stock. I can get within 10 days. But I don’t get anything. Then I called customer care. They told as "we don’t know any thing, you send mail to customer support panel. " I send lot of mails, but there was no response.
Luckily, on Aug 26th I got a call from naaptol people, he told me tat my product is out of stock, so we refund your money. I accept that. I thank to god for at least I got my money. But really I don’t get any refund amount to my account. But they give a transaction nuder "1001208002289866". I got statement form my federal bank account. There was no credits form naaptol.
Today 1st Sep, I call to naaptol customer care 2 times, the joke is 1st person told me my product on transits within 5 day I can get the product. 2nd person told me that my amount ll be refunded within 15 days. What a hell is this.Totally they take 2 months to process the order and cheat one the customer. I have lost all faith in his organisation naaptol.com, I am surprised like from where does he get so many Idiots in his company who don’t have any co-ordination.
They totally irritate me, really bad online site. I bought lot of products by online, this is first form naaptol. In my experience naaptol only the bad site in my experience.
