I had ordered an electric tandoor, in spite of already hearing all negative things about this website. I still did. because the low price was appealing. And to my disappointment, I received a tandoor which was completely faulty n damaged.
It is so irresponsible on their part to do so. Even though my friends had warned me about the same.
N the return policy is so terrible. They sent me the same piece(which was not at all similar to the product they showed in the image. Trust me.)
We used to shout at the customer care. Regardless of my shouing n complaints, I got the product(which was nothing similar to the photos they have put on the site n had really low quality) i had paid for after 2 months. Literally. Really disappointing. And not a trustworthy n relaible website. Never order from here. Never.
If u dont trust me, then go check all the complaints registered against this website on the consumer court website.
Avoid this site. Choose wisely. :)
