Using my money for own benefit

I have ordered Blackberry Tour 9630 3G on 26-March-2012 with Full paid by Internet Banking through CCAvenue. They generated a bill with Order No.3698861 of Rs.8998.00. Now my order status show order cancelled due to payment not received and There is no refund in my account till now. When I call to customer care executive they says me to that they didn’t receive payment. So Now I want to know that when my amount will refund in my account?
