I have not received the replacement for my order. I had called up your customer care number 4 times and everytime I keep hearing the same update -Your order will be shipped soon. I am completely frustrated with the way my case is being handled. This was supposed to be a surprise gift for my wife on her birthday and thanks to naaptol - she was indeed surprised on receiving adamaged item. Am sure that no one would even bother calling me back to update me on the status of my complaint.
What surprised me is the unprofessional attitude of this organization. Inspite of repeated calls, till date I havent received a single call from your customer service apologizing for the inconvenience caused or even to update that they received the damaged item and would be sending the replacement!
If I dont hear from you guys in the next 2 days.I will posting this in all social networking sites and also launching a formal complaint with the consumer court.
