The product that I ordered was artificial 14 pcs necklace sets, they not only took a long time in delivering, but the product it self was defective for example, some necklace haveunfinished polishing, some did’t have crystals, some have no ear rings and designs were all different, not as good as shown in their website etc etc and I received only 8 pcs. When I phoned in the number given in their website to complain about the same then they said me to send the serial number of the missing one by tallying with the website necklace images, but since the designs were all different from that shown in website I wasn’t able to note the serial number then he said he cannot help me, actually I feel it is the mere excuse of the naaptol.com because if they are the people who are sending the necklace of different designs unlike that in website then they are the people who are responsible for this play, how could they blame the costumers and I also think that the idea behind making the designs differently is they can put up this same excuse and numb the costumer. Not satisfied with the quality and capacity of the product we contacted them within 24 hrs requesting them to return the product and get a refund. We called up Naaptol’s number 9223516148 but the Customer Care person was rude and refused to get this item returned/refunded. Sent them an email notifying them that per their refund policy "Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return" which I did over the phone and again via email. They bluntly refused stated"The product delivered is the same which has been ordered by you". I corrected them again that the product is very low on quality and not worth it’s price. It is very different in quality than what was shown in their glossy advt, on TV. They’ve closed down my request now stating"We will not be able to lodge a complaint as the product does not have any defects /damage." They are giving me crap now! I will definitely take this matter to consumer court however will NOT RECOMMEND these cheaters to my MS community here.
Do not go for this product as its not at all worth for the money what we pay. The designs are same as its displayed on site the quality of the jewellery is pathetic. Even the roadside jeweleries are much more worth than Naaptol products. Now I understand that the reviews I gone through in their web site were definitely bogus and must be written by Naaptol people. Moreover the 3 pieces were in completely damaged condition. When I asked the customer care people they claim that it’s a branded jewellery and they can’t help it for the quality. I paid on 6th April 2014 for micro Sd Card by my debit Card with postal charges, after many calls sir your order is ready for dispatch, after many calls I got the reply from caller sir at your location not possible to deliver after 1st May 2014. Sir we are giving you refund amount don’t take attention one caller ex gave me reply, why I will take attention? I already paid. Did I pay for any attention? Tell me pls? after one month sir we have not delivery at your location? Why you can’t send by postal by Govt. post office is every where and how you can deliver other items? I ordered so many items like Drill machine, Mobile Handsets? these items how have I received? Kindly my advise to Naaptol Seniors- check your callers how they are giving response? they are disconnecting the telephone line while they faced problems for any information to clients? Is this wrong if we pay the advance amount? Are we paying the amount for Attention.
