It is my biggest mistake after watching t.v I order a cshiffon sarees a pack of 7 saree in a bundle it may come from delhi but the sarees are from ahmedabad. when a courier boy came to deliver the product my mother asked him if I dont like the product would you be refund my money? To this he replied call to the customer care & complained from there I can pick ur consignment & they are going to give you cheque then you can encash it to your bank account. When I opened the package the quality of the sarees were very thin & transparent it cant be wear & go in public. So I decided to return it back I called to the customer care a lady took my call she told me to wait for 3 days youl get a call from our side but the call never came So again I called up to know my complaint status it amazed me those people told me your complaint is not registered. What a service they are giving its all shitt. Then they registered my complaint they told me to wait for 3 days you wil get a call from us & I got call the senior dept head spoke to me he clearly told me he cant refund me the amount because within 2 days u need to register complaint on the quality its been a week above I can do it I was arguing & speaking with him he disconnected my call wat a kind of customer satsisfaction they are giving for there customers who could trust this naap tol na tol barabar na bol barabar na khol barabar. This company who doesnt have the courtesy to listen to the consumers what other products have them? Compare to Flipkart Amazon Snapdeal this a full of shitt company atleast those companies give 30 days or 10 days based on the products refund & return option is there. I dont understand who gave the licence to run this company?. At the end My mom gave all the sarees to the poor.
