I was seen this naaptol TV commercials and ordered a Samsung J7 Cellphone from naaptol and I will advance the full payment from my credit card. I received the product in damaged condition without proper packing. No Bill available in this product. There is no tentative time on when the order will be delivered. The amount is not refuned after the cancellation of order. Worst costumer support. The product came out to be of very cheap quality completely different from the display shown. Once they get the money they will never respond back about the quality of product they are promised. This site have no quality in the products. The products are very cheap and looking very old.
