I am writing this review because I wanna share with you all my own personal experience with "NAAPTOL". I would request you to kindly read it carefully so that you can’t get trapped. I got to know about the company from my Tatasky Set top box. One day as I switched on my Tatasky for watching TV I saw there the advertisement of Naaptol there were showing some ad for the "Car Jack Combo" in which they were giving around 5 machines which is need for the car for it’s day-to-day maintenance.
The advertisement was very attractive. After seeing the ad I decided to book Car Jack Combo on COD(Cash on Delivery) basis for me because I own a car. I booked the Car Jack Combo on the number which was flashing on the screen.
I called the customer care and booked the product. The price of the product was Rs. 2999. The customer care booked the product and told me that it will be delivered to you within 4-5 business days and I got the confirmation message on my mobile number also which says that product will be delivered to you within 4-5 business days and you have to pay amount 2999.
I was very happy after placing the order and was waiting for my product to come. After around 3-4 hours I got an email from Naaptol about my product confirmation and processing of the product but the amount shown was Rs. 3398(Rs. 2999 for the product+ 399 for the postage and Handling). I was in a shock after learning that because in the past I did some online shopping but there was nothing like this shipping and handling charges.
I called the customer care number and asked them about the matter they told me that I have to pay full amount i.e., Rs, 3398 or I can cancel the order. I have tried to convince them with my full potential but was unable to convince. I told them that where there are many E-Commerce companies like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc offers free shipping to the customer for the product amounting to Rs. 500 or more.
I told the representative to transfer the call to their head. The head also was on the same track. I tried to convince him as well but unfortunately I unable to do so. After trying my best I had to cancel the order and I ordered the same product from different E-Commerce company with almost half the price and free shipping too. From then onwards my product is working fine.
Hence, friends I would like to convey you all that please don’t purchase any product from this website. Thank for Reading.
