We made the mistake of ordering a Morphy Richards OTG on Naaptol in Sep 2012. We paid a hefty amount of Rs.10, 000 for this! The product arrived late in broken condition, when this was reported, Naaptol promptly asked us to return the product thru blue dart, which we did on Sep 28th.
The product was received by Naaptol on Oct 1st. After that there was a long silence no sign of replacement or anything until I called them back by middle of October. They had no clue about what was happening with my complaint, they acknowledged that they received my product and that’s it! From Oct 16th until today Nov 16th I have been calling g them up every day for a refund and their standard response is that madam we will look into your complaint, it is under process give us 48 hrs and we will get back to you. I must spoken to all their sales agents and many supervisors, no use none of them have any clue! I sent a email to their CRM and got a reply from Ms. Sulohana, w ho said she will get back to me within 48 hrs (again!) It is 100 hrs since then…but no response….I am at my wits end…will I get my money back? Has anyone gone to consumer court against them? I think such irresponsible portals should be shut down! They do not have any number for complaints you have to keep calling their sales agents and discuss about your problems, who I frankly think do not care about our problems but are interested in selling some more products to us!
All those of you cheated by Naaptol, let us come together and file a complaint against them please!
