I have multiple bad experiences with naaptol.com. I had done so many online purchases since years and naaptol is the top among all to gave bad experience.
My first purchase was a electric kettle which has not been delivered at all. I followed with customer support for more than 2 months and their only response was "You will receive the product in one week". After fighting so much with customer care, they agreed to refund the money. I got my money after one more month of waiting period.
I had my second experience recently when I ordered a canon digital camera sx240hs (Black). I was surprised when I received the product in 3 working days. Here comes the bad part, When I took out the box from cover, I noticed the original seal in the box has been broken (I attached the pics) and they pasted the seal with a local plastic tape. The box looks very old. It has sign of wear and tear. And another bad part is they sent me a silver color camera where I have ordered black one.
Immediately I called customer care and complained about this. He took the complaint from me and asked me to send the camera back and he said they will send a proper product in 15 days time. That customer care guy did not even waited for my response. He simply hanged the call.
I do not know whether they will send proper product if I send this camera back to them. I do not know the camera which they sent now will function properly. I do not know whether its already used product or not since seal is broken.
Hereafter I will not buy anything from naaptol.com. If you are planning to buy anything from naaptol, think thrice and buy at your own risk.
