I think naaptol is very irresponsible online shopping website. It is very low class online shopping app. Their products, delivery service and customer care service are very poor. Once, my friend ordered a ’roti maker’ from this website and the naaptol told that this is very good product, available at low price and blah blah blah. They also advertise that return facility is available on their priduct. but when we use that roti maker that was very low quality product. It consumes too much electricity and needs high voltage. So we decided to return that product. They doesn’t accept return request easily. If they take return they didn’t refund you cash, they provide coupon voucher. If I am not interested then why should I receive that coupon for further shopping. That was very disappointed.
It is useless and worst online app.
